Ingredients

  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 1⁄3 cup jam Could use applesauce or more mashed fruit.
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1⁄4 cup coconut milk
  • 1⁄2 cup raisins
  • 1⁄3 cup almonds soaked and chopped
  • 1⁄3 cup sunflower seeds soaked
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp honey or sucanat

Directions

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, until the edges are a bit browned but the cookie is still soft.
