| 1 cup | dried dates, chopped | |
| 1⁄4 cup | dried unsweetened coconut | |
| 1 tsp | vanilla | |
| 1⁄2 cup | sunflower seeds | |
| 1⁄2 cup | almond flour (or whole almonds) | |
| 1⁄4 cup | olive oil | |
| 1 cup | natural almond butter | |
| 1⁄4 cup | honey |
