Overnight Cookie Dough Oats

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
  • 1⁄2 cup milk (almond milk is our preference)
  • 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Truvia or stevia to taste, (I use homemade)
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon butter extract (optional but really helps with the cookie flavor)
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a pint jar with a tight fitting lid.

Shake well to combine.

Refrigerate overnight.

Eat cold or heat in a pan on the stove.
